One-on-one Sessions
A one-on-one workout session involves a single individual working closely with a personal trainer or fitness coach. During the session,

Duo Sessions
During a duo workout session, two individuals exercise together, providing each other
with motivation and encouragement. They participate in a variety of exercises creating a dynamic and supportive fitness atmosphere to help each other achieve their health and wellness objectives.

Group Sessions
Group sessions involve gatherings of three
or more individuals, offering personalized services that concentrate on exercises tailored to each client’s form and specific goals. These sessions are consistently lively and energizing experiences.

Athletic Performance Clinic
Athletic Performance Training is designed for middle and high school athletes who want to improve their strength, speed, agility, power, coordination, and overall athleticism. Each session focuses on proper movement mechanics, injury prevention, and sport-specific performance development to help athletes become stronger, faster, and more confident in their sport.
Middle school sessions are held on Tuesdays from 9:00–10:00 AM, while high school sessions take place on Thursdays from 9:00–10:00 AM.
This clinic operates on a drop-in basis, so there’s no need to sign up beforehand.

Youth Speed & Agility Clinic
Speed and Agility training focuses on developing an athlete’s quickness, coordination, balance, and efficient movement patterns. Athletes will work on acceleration, change of direction, footwork, and body control through structured drills designed to improve performance in all sports. Join us every Friday from 5:00–6:00 PM. This clinic is designed specifically for our elementary school athletes

Strength & Conditioning Clinic
Strength and Conditioning focuses on building total-body strength using proper technique and progressive training methods. Athletes will learn fundamental lifting movements while improving muscle strength, stability, and overall durability to support their performance in sport. Join us every Wednesday from 6:30–7:30 PM. Athletes of all ages, from kindergarten through 12th grade, are welcome to join this clinic.

Birthday Parties/Events
Each birthday rental includes:
• Tables & chairs
• Access to 1,600 sq ft of turf
• Maximum of 30 guests recommended
Staff will be on hand to provide support throughout the event. They’ll lead engaging speed and agility activities and games tailored to each child’s age.
Standard Rental: $270
• One hour is allocated for setup, followed by two hours for your event
Additional Rental Options:
• 5-hour booking minimum: $450
• Full-day rental: $700
Each rental includes 20 minutes for tear down
